7.30 am - Tea & fruit for those who need a little something before yoga
8am - Dynamic Morning Yoga & meditation
11am - Delicious brunch with plentiful breakfast and lunch options
1pm - TTC additional teaching hours
Afternoons are free to enjoy the amenities, explore the local area or indulge in a rejuvenating massage treatment.
3.30pm - Tea & light snack
4pm - Bliss out with a mellow afternoon yoga
6pm - Daily highlight - Spa time!
7pm - Enjoy a fabulous dinner made up of local dishes and fusion Asian/western food
