TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tula Retreats

 

Booking and Payment:

To reserve your place, with a non-refundable deposit of £500.00. A confirmation email will be issued upon receipt. All payment plans must be arranged on an agreed fixed schedule. The final payment must be received 2 months prior to the departure date.

 

Travel Arrangements:

All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you have planned with or for any irregularities in your travel documentation.

 

Cancellations:

The deposit is non-refundable.

the following cancellation fees will generally apply:

  • 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.

  • 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.

  • 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

  • For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.

 

Health Disclaimer:

Our retreats are open to both experienced students and beginners, with variations/modifications given whenever necessary. It may not be suitable for anyone who is heavily pregnant or has serious physical/medical conditions. Please inform us if you have had any serious physical or emotional illness within the last five years or if you are under medical or psychiatric supervision. If you are unsure about your ability to participate, please contact us beforehand to discuss this.

 

Liability:

You are responsible for your own health and well-being during the retreat. Tula will not be held liable for any injuries or other medical or emotional problems that may occur, are sustained, or aggravated during or after your time on the retreat. Tula will not accept any responsibility for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control.

 

Insurance:

It is strongly advised that you arrange Personal Accident and Travel/Cancellation Insurance to cover yourself before the retreat. This will help protect you from potential financial loss in case of cancellation or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Breakages and Damage:

Any breakages or damage to any buildings, fixtures, fittings, or equipment belonging to the retreat centre premises will be charged to the client with immediate effect.

 

Retreat Changes:

Tula reserves the right to change the timetable on any retreat at any given time.

 

Discretionary Discounts:

We reserve the right to offer discretionary discounts that do not affect the status of guests who have paid the full price.

 

Accommodation:

All accommodation provided during the retreat is included in the package. The type and specifics of the accommodation will be communicated to the participants prior to the retreat.

 

Meals:

Three organic meals per day are included in the package. These meals include wine and water, except for one meal where the group will eat out together. The cost of this meal is not included in the package.

Movement Sessions: There will be two daily movement sessions offered, which include yoga in both dynamic and restorative/yin styles. For the intensive retreat, an additional strength class will be included. Participation in these sessions is optional.

 

Meditation and Breathwork:

Meditation and breathwork sessions will be included in the retreat program. Participation is optional.

Sound Healing: Sound healing sessions will be conducted during the retreat. Participants may choose to participate or opt-out as per their preference.

 

Workshop:

A workshop will be conducted as part of the retreat. The topic and details of the workshop will be communicated to the participants prior to the retreat.

 

Day Trip:

A day trip will be organised. Refreshments during the day trip are not included in the package.

 

Free Time:

Participants will have ample free time to relax, read, sunbathe, or take nature walks. It is at the discretion of the participants to utilize this free time as they wish.

 

Experience Requirement:

No prior experience is required for any of the activities included in the retreat. Participants of all levels are welcome, and the program will cater to individual needs.

 

Optional Activities:

All activities included in the retreat program are optional. Participants can choose to participate or opt-out based on their preferences and needs.

 

What's Not Included:

 

Flights:

The cost of flights to and from the retreat location is not included in the package. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights.

Transfers: Transportation to and from the airport is not included in the package. However, transport arrangements can be made upon request, and the cost will be borne by the participants.

 

Personal Excursion Expenses:

Any personal expenses incurred during personal excursions, outside of the organized day trip, are not included in the package. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and covering associated costs.

 

Additional 121 Sessions:

Any one-on-one sessions or private sessions beyond what is already included in the retreat program are not included. If participants wish to avail additional sessions, they can discuss the details and associated costs separately.

 

Massage:

The cost of massage sessions is not included in the package. If participants wish to have a massage during the retreat, they can arrange and pay for it separately.

 

Travel Insurance:

Participants are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that may occur during the retreat.

 

One Meal Out:

One meal at a local restaurant, which is reasonably priced, is not included in the package. Participants are responsible for the cost of this meal.
