*Lot's of our classes are teen friendly through the holidays and included in our memberships - or purchase and under 18 pass.

At Tula offers young people an holistic approach to wellness, Yoga is such a positive practice, studies show children who take up yoga at this age have a much smoother transition through adolescence.

 

Yoga is at the underlying essence of all our classes..  

 

This is a side of Tula that is just growing and growing, the children already taking part in these sessions are reaping the benefits and we aim to teach the children to develop good habits that they can take on with them into adulthood!

  •  Girls Yoga 

      GIRLS YOGA 7+ THURSDAYS 5.30-6.15PM

        A strong emphasis on self-love and acceptance,

        this class is a safe space for young women to                        show up and be accepted held, exactly as they                    are. We will explore basic and advanced yoga                        postures. This class is accessible to all levels

       Improves strength, flexibility,

       Improve posture and helps relieve anxiety,                               stress and balance hormonal changes.

  • Boys Yoga

    BOYS YOGA 4+ THURSDAYS 5.30-6.15PH

​        Improves flexibility, strength and agility,

        Improved posture, 

        Reduces stress and anxiety,

        Improves sleep and mental clarity,

        Enhances concentration and memory,

        Build physical confidence and self-esteem Safe                        space held for just young men.

  • Kids Calisthenics

       KIDS CALISTEHNICS 7+ THURSDAYS 6.15-7PM

         Improves strength safely using only body weight

         Enhances flexibility

         Promotes coordination

         Boosts cardiovascular health

         Fosters discipline and focus

         Encourages social interaction

         Builds confidence

 

NEW - Mini Yogis

BOYS & GIRLS YOGA 4+ THURSDAYS 4.45-5.30PM

​      Get ready to jump, move, stretch, breathe and find inner calm!

 

This class Improves and mindfulness, promotes focus, resilience and emotional well-being. Let's nature our littles ones healthy bodies and minds
