At Tula offers young people an holistic approach to wellness, Yoga is such a positive practice, studies show children who take up yoga at this age have a much smoother transition through adolescence.

 

Yoga is at the underlying essence of all our classes..  

 

This is a side of Tula that is just growing and growing, the children already taking part in these sessions are reaping the benefits and we aim to teach the children to develop good habits that they can take on with them into adulthood!

        GIRLS YOGA 8+

        A strong emphasis on self-love and acceptance,

        this class is a safe space for young women to              show up and be accepted held, exactly as they            are. We will explore basic and advanced yoga            postures. This class is accessible to all levels

Age 5-13 Improves self-defense skills:

Jiujitsu teaches kids practical self-defense techniques to protect themselves in various situations.

It will enhance cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and agility, promoting overall physical health.

Learning effective self-defense techniques and overcoming challenges in training can boost kids' confidence and self-assuranceJujitsu training requires concentration and discipline, helping kids develop focus and self-control

Jujitsu emphasizes respect for instructors, training partners, and opponents, fostering humility and good sportsmanship in kids.
