We lost our dear friend and teacher, Nick, far too soon.
In his memory, we have created Breathing Space, a community focussed on supporting you with your mental health through movement, mindfulness and social connection.
All classes are volunteer-led and donation-based. Come along, and spread the word - we all need some breathing space.
