We offer yoga, sharing circles, and community events - all by donation, to ensure this support is accessible to all.

In memory of Nick
We lost our dear friend and teacher, Nick, far too soon.
In his memory, we have created Breathing Space, a community focussed on supporting each other and ourselves to manage our mental health with compassion and hope.
We offer a mix of yoga, other forms of mindful movement/expression, sharing circles & community events, mostly running from our hub in Priory Gardens, Orpington.
All our offerings are donation-based; so everyone is welcome, whatever their means.
Come along, and help us spread the word - we all need some breathing space 🦋

Community Class

A session of mindful movement & guided relaxation in our beautiful studio, with mats & equipment available to borrow.
A yoga class with a specific focus on calming & nourishing your mind. May include breathwork & meditation as well as movement.
We can also deliver sessions at other locations; if you are an organisation wanting us to run a session for your clients, please get in touch. We also run monthly community events to bring people together; see our timetable below for the next one!
