Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive and transformational journey designed for those who wish to deepen their personal practice, cultivate confidence, and become knowledgeable, authentic yoga teachers.

Blending the beauty and tranquillity of an immersive retreat with the consistency of studio-based learning, this unique part-time programme offers the perfect balance of intensive training and integration into everyday life.

Your journey begins with an unforgettable 10-night immersive retreat in the stunning Le Marche region of Italy, where you'll step away from the demands of daily life and fully immerse yourself in yoga, movement, meditation and self-discovery. Surrounded by nature, this dedicated week provides the perfect environment to build strong foundations, connect with like-minded people and embrace the yogic lifestyle.

Following the retreat, you'll continue your training at Tula Balance, Orpington, Kent, through carefully structured weekend modules designed to deepen your knowledge and refine your teaching skills. Whether your goal is to become a yoga teacher or simply deepen your own understanding of yoga, this programme will provide the knowledge, practical experience and personal growth to support your journey.

Throughout the course you'll receive personalised guidance from experienced teachers while exploring yoga as a complete practice—moving beyond physical postures to include breathwork, meditation, philosophy, anatomy and mindful living.
