Terms & Conditions
Booking & Deposit
To secure your place on the Tula Balance Yoga Teacher Training, a non-refundable deposit is required.
Your place is confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent you written confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated in your booking confirmation. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in your place being forfeited and your deposit retained.
Payments & Participant Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your booked teacher training, you may request to transfer your place to another participant (subject to our written approval) or transfer your booking to another Tula Balance Yoga Teacher Training within six months of your original start date.
Only one transfer is permitted per booking and is subject to availability.
Transfer requests must be made more than eight weeks before the training begins. Within eight weeks of the start date, no refunds or transfers can be offered.
Only the deposit may be transferred. Any additional payments made towards the balance are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain appropriate travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations or Changes by Tula Balance
In the unlikely event that Tula Balance needs to cancel the teacher training, all payments made, including your deposit, will be refunded in full.
Tula Balance cannot reimburse flights, accommodation, travel expenses, visas, insurance, loss of earnings or any other costs incurred.
If unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control arise (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government restrictions or industrial action), we will endeavour to offer an alternative arrangement where possible but cannot guarantee refunds beyond payments made directly to Tula Balance.
Travel & Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation (where applicable), visas and any required travel documentation unless otherwise stated.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance for all training modules that require travel.

By booking onto the training, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
You agree to inform Tula Balance in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or additional support requirements that may affect your participation.
