TULA MOVE offers a world of dynamic movement styles that will challenge and empower you.

At Tula Move Studio we have variety of classes, from the bodyweight strength and control by Calisthenics to body awareness of Animal Flow and  self-defense discipline, dive into the strategic grappling techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. 

Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, Tula Move has something for you. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each class, helping you build a strong foundation in each movement discipline. 

Tula move specialises in mastering fundamental drills to refining advanced techniques, all within a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.  This focus on personal growth and skill development makes Tula Move classes hugely beneficial for any sport or physical activity you pursue.

    Expect to sweat a little, smile a lot and to feel energised and ready for the rest of the day.

    Suitable for all levels with options always given to enable a more restful or dynamic practice.

                     It's designed to lengthen your muscles, identify &                               build strength in weaker areas, prevent injury and                             pro-long your fitness activities as well as and                                       introduce you to stress relieving mindful techniques                         to calm the nervous system.
