RISHIKESSH
Immersive Training
18thJan - 25th Jan 2027
In Collaboration With Middle Path Movement

About the Training
Step into the birthplace of yoga for a 7-day immersive experience designed for teachers and dedicated practitioners ready to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the studio.
Set at the foot of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, this 50-hour further education training blends practice, philosophy, meditation, culture, and connection.
Led by two senior teachers, this immersive journey offers the opportunity to experience yoga where it began. From sunrise meditation by the Ganga to temple pujas, local culture, and daily practice, this is a chance to reconnect with the roots of yoga in an authentic and meaningful way.
This training is not only about what happens on the mat. It is about stepping into a slower rhythm, immersing yourself in sacred traditions, and experiencing yoga as a lived practice.
Throughout the week, you can expect a balance of guided practice, discussion, cultural exploration, reflection, and time to absorb the atmosphere of Rishikesh.
Whether you are a yoga teacher looking to expand your knowledge or a practitioner feeling called to go deeper, this training offers a unique opportunity to learn, explore, and immerse yourself in one of the most spiritual places in the world.
A Journey Into the Roots of Yoga
Rishikesh is more than a destination. It is a place of practice, ritual, devotion, and tradition.
Surrounded by the Himalayas and the sacred Ganga, this immersive week invites you to step away from everyday life and experience yoga through a different lens.
Not just something you practise.
Something you live.
Who This Training Is For
This training is open to yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who feel called to deepen their understanding of yoga through direct experience.
You do not need to be a teacher to join. What matters most is an openness to learn, explore, and immerse yourself in the practice.
