RESET AND RECHARGE RETREAT
Idyllic yoga minibreak, just a short drive from Brighton
2 day retreat:
- Pranayama and meditation to relax and find clarity .
- A variation of yang to yin yoga to revitalise and renew.
- Overnight stay in bell tents furnished with beds and bedding.
- Delicious plant based meals and snacks provided by local deli 'Ginger and Dobbs' sample menu:
A selection of:
- Roasted Sweet potato, lentil and feta salad
- Freshly made Tabbouleh
- Heritage Tomato salad with fresh basil & oil dressing
- Freshly baked sea salt and herb focaccia
- Homemade Houmous dressed with pomegranate molasses and fresh pomegranate.
- Sri Lankan Curry
Breakfast:
A selection of freshly baked pastries and yoghurt with fresh fruit compote

Innerbloom is a hidden oasis located in the heart of the South Downs in West Sussex. A stunning dome will surround and encapsulate us as we practice, at 4m tall and 8m wide.
Other facilities on site include showers, a bath for cold water therapy and a dining area.
We will sleep in bell tents under the stars after a day of flowing together and delving deeper into our yoga practice.
If you haven’t been before, come and experience it, and get lost in the beauty that will surround us.
The most idyllic setting for our yoga retreat, allowing a true unwinding from those day to day stresses we all experience. It is the perfect place for focus, intent and mindfulness.
We will also have a fire pit and acres of land to explore!
